The project entails detailed engineering drawings and design of research and administrative structures therein. The infrastructural needs comprise of internal road networks, power, water and associated amenities.

The proposal takes into consideration the following key criteria;

1. Function & Efficiency of Administrative & Public Spaces
2. Function & Efficiency of Traffic flow & Parking
3. Site environs, orientation & Location
4. Ease of Access & Security of goods and personnel
5. Inherent Site Strengths like orientation and location

The Project is designed to house the District Executive Staff as well as other public amenities to facilitate indoor public meetings i.e. a Main 200 Seater Public Hall and other council meetings.

2. Architectural Design and Site Development.
3. Structural Design.
4. Preparation of Bills Of Quantity
5. Design of Sanitary, plumbing, drainage, water supply and sewerage.
6. Electrical, Electronic, Communication Systems and ICT design.
7. Ventilation and Air Conditioning Design (HVAC) and other Mechanical Systems.
8. Fire detection, Fire protection and Security systems etc.
9. Site development, services and their interconnectivity.
