The Redevelopment of the Stanbic Bank Gulu Branch will be achieved through a design process flow that will generally take the following considerations:

1. Create new Commercial Spaces for New tenants.
2. Create New Office Space on Both Floors
3. Create New Parking Spaces to accommodate the anticipated increase in customers.
4. Rework the Building facades to achieve a more modern and contextual Architectural style.

The above process required in-depth site surveys to assess the existing building and its several pre-existing mechanical, electrical and structural systems. This will be done with the collective Allied Consultants on the Design Team.
